Protect your own fish – 11 th April, Stockholm 2027
Protect a Pike. Follow Its Story.
Together with Sportfiskarna, we are proud to host our first joint field event in Stockholm, Sweden, in April 2027. During the event, you’ll have the unique opportunity to protect your very own fish, a living symbol of your commitment to our waters.
This event marks an exciting milestone, the beginning of our very first hands-on field experience, led by Victor Sandberg and his crew. Throughout the day, participants will have the unique opportunity to experience the project firsthand, join Victor and the team in the field, and assist with PIT tagging pike. You’ll get a closer look at how the research works, why the data matters, and how individual fish can help us better understand and protect the waters they call home.
At the end of the day, you’ll have the opportunity to protect a pike of your own identified by a unique ID and connected to the information collected about that individual fish.
Our hope is that its story will continue to grow. As the fish is encountered again and new data is collected, its individual record can develop over the years, creating a lasting connection between you, the research, and the ecosystem you are helping to protect.
